Sex and the City Private Screening Sponsored by The Skin & Makeup Institue of Arizona

The first event was the private showing of Sex and the City prior to the release to the general public. It was held at the Tempe Market Place May 30, 2008. The energy was high thanks to the Johnjay & Rich team, host of KISS FM 104.7 Johnjay & Rich Morning Show. The turnout was phenomenal. Trivia questions were asked and prizes awarded to those who showed they were diehard fans. The grand prize was the best! A pair of Manolo Blahnik shoes worth over $1,000.

 

America's Next Top Model

Our second major event was Tyra Banks - America's Next Top Model. This event was off the charts with attendees lining up outside our facility the night before. The producers had a host of guidelines that unfortunately disqualified many of those who came. But, we are proud to announce that two of our students were selected to join the show. This was exciting for all of us at SMI.
