Our goal is to create an environment that you will relax in and feel comfortable while attending The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona. Common area includes kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry room with washer & dryer. An alarm system, cable TV and utilities are included. Upstairs are two bedrooms, bath and den with flat screen TV. For the comfort of our tenants, pets and smoking are not permitted.
